Conservative and post operative management of nerve compressions of the upper extremity at all levels from the brachial plexus to  the more distal levels of radial nerve, ulnar nerve, and median nerve (ex: carpal tunnel; cubital tunnel).

Clinical diagnosis supports proper treatment for conservative intervention.  Patients operated for surgical release  at the site of compression can be treated within 24 hours of surgery with wound care, proper splinting, and controlled motion.
